WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump lashed out at CBS with all the fury of a man who’d just been roasted on national TV.

The president absolutely lost it over a pair of ’60 Minutes’ segments that aired on Sunday, April 13.

In a no-holds-barred rant that dropped late Sunday, Trump accused the network of pushing blatant political bias and demanded they be punished. “They are not a ‘News Show,’ but a dishonest Political Operative simply disguised as ‘News,’ and must be responsible for what they have done, and are doing,” he declared on Truth Social.

“CBS is out of control, at levels never seen before, and they should pay a big price for this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he added, Raw Story reported.

Volodymyr Zelensky’s clapback and Donald Trump’s ‘rigged’ war blame game

One part of Sunday’s ’60 Minutes’ featured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky speaking to correspondent Scott Pelley on the site of a Russian attack that reportedly left nine children dead.

Zelensky said he has “100 percent” hatred for Russian leader Vladimir Putin — and invited Trump to Ukraine so he could see the war’s devastation with his own eyes.

Pelley also brought up Trump’s bold campaign promise to end the war in Ukraine “immediately” — before even taking office — and noted that clearly didn’t happen.

Zelensky was also asked about the American leader’s claims that Ukraine started the war and that Zelensky is a “dictator.” He responded, “I believe, sadly, Russian narratives are prevailing in the US.”

Trump wasn’t having any of it. In a follow-up post, he doubled down, saying the war in Ukraine “would never have happened if the 2020 Election had not been RIGGED, in other words, if I were President.”

Greenland gives Donald Trump the cold shoulder

Then came part two of the ’60 Minutes’ special. The segment, led by Jon Wertheim, explored Donald Trump’s ongoing obsession with buying Greenland. Turns out, some locals are not fans of the idea.

Greenlanders, who were interviewed, said they’re not for sale and don’t want to be the 51st state. The show reported that Trump is mulling a wild campaign plan to win them over — including giving every Greenlander an annual $10,000 payout to replace the $600 million in subsidies they currently get from Denmark.

Denmark, however, has been clear that the island’s not for sale. One of the most stinging moments came from respected Inuit elder Aqqaluk Lynge, who slammed Trump’s old speech to Congress where he bragged the US would get Greenland “one way or the other” as “ugly.”

“We all noticed that in Greenland,” Lynge added. “All of us.”

Trump clapped back, saying the Greenland piece “cast our Country, as led by me, falsely, inaccurately and fraudulently.”

The Kamala Harris lawsuit edition

Donald Trump also pulled out receipts on a third issue. He reminded everyone about his massive $20 billion lawsuit against ’60 Minutes’ over a supposedly shady edit job during their interview with Kamala Harris last fall.

The Commander-in-Chief is convinced the footage was chopped up to make Harris look smooth and smart, especially on big foreign policy topics like Ukraine joining NATO, the Israel-Palestine conflict, and China.

“I am so honored to be suing 60 Minutes, CBS Fake News, and Paramount, over their fraudulent, beyond recognition, reporting,” he wrote.

“They did everything possible to illegally elect Kamala, including completely and corruptly changing major answers to Interview questions, but it just didn’t work for them.”

Trump said he wants CBS punished. He called on FCC Chairman Brendan Carr to bring the hammer down, urging him to hand out the “maximum fines and punishment” for what he calls the network’s “unlawful and illegal behavior.”
